Casten Thanks Veterans with Valentines at Oak Lawn VA Clinic
February 12th, 2024 - Today, U.S. Congressman Sean Casten (IL-06) delivered valentines to veterans at the Oak Lawn VA Clinic. Casten’s office has collected valentines from constituents in the district throughout the month of February to show gratitude to veterans for their service.
Rep. Casten’s office collected over 100 valentines for veterans last year and has collected over 400 this year.
“I’m honored to collect these cards for our veterans and thank them for their service and sacrifice,” said Rep. Casten. “Our veterans put their lives on the line to protect our freedoms. It’s important we do our best to honor them all year around. This is just one small way to say thank you.”
