Carpentersville, IL. – Today, U.S. Representative Sean Casten (IL-06) spoke at a breakfast meeting of the Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce in Carpentersville. Congressman Casten with Kane County Business Leaders

Casten said, "As a former entrepreneur and businessman, I know firsthand how Washington's economic policies can impact the people of Main Street. Protecting and strengthening the small business community in Illinois' 6th District and around the country is one of my leading priorities in Congress. That's why, whether I'm working on clean energy policy like my Clean Industrial Technology Act (CITA) or financial policy, like legislation to reauthorize the Export-Import Bank, I aim for market-based solutions that maximize certainty for businessmen and women across the country. I am proud to partner with local organizations like the Northern Kane County Chamber of Commerce to help develop commonsense legislation that will spur innovation across America."
